I was raised in Essex County and I am very pleased to have my practice in the county that I grew up in.

My family and I live in the area and we are proud to be part of this community.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Windsor and completed my Master's degree and PhD in Clinical Developmental Psychology at York University in Toronto. I am a member of the College of Psychologists as an autonomous psychologist whose areas of practice include work in clinical and counselling psychology with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

My areas of practice include individual therapy and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. My treatment approaches include but are not limited to psychoanalytic/psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, humanistic, art-based, play-based, and trauma-focused therapies. I am able to offer services in English and in French.

Welcome

My Approach

I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating different theoretical approaches and strategies that are tailored to each client's unique needs

My Mission

To work collaboratively with clients toward the achievement of their goals.

"The best of modern therapy is much like a process of shared meditation, where therapist and client sit together, learning to pay close attention to those aspects and dimensions of the self that the client may be unable to touch on his or her own."
